My first six months – I started in August part-time on reception. I discovered Synseal has a dedicated, friendly workforce and wanted to be part of this long term. I was offered a job in November to become part of the customer care team, I knew I would be beneficial to the team as I am passionate about working with people.I am studying an NVQ L2 in customer service, this was offered to me by Synseal, they also offer different apprenticeships to develop other people skills throughout other departments.

My first six months... I started at Synseal in February scanning and filing. Synseal have given me such a great opportunity in training to become part of the sales admin team. I have also been given the opportunity to do a customer service level 2 qualification. I’ve enjoyed my time at Synseal so far and look forward to the future.

My first six months....I joined Synseal in June 2011 as Senior Quality Manager where my first main focus was to ensure that the quality systems were not only being kept up to date but that any changes needed were fully understood by all employees. I am finding that the working environment and my colleges are all of a positive nature, and the first six months seem to have flown by.

I originally joined Synseal on a temporary basis to update the technical manuals as part of the R&D department. This work allowed me to gain experience in the technical side of the industry, and I was offered a permanent place as an energy ratings simulator. Since then I've greatly enjoyed working in the department and my increasing responsibilities there, and hope to extend my experience further over the coming months..
