New WarmCore Inline Patio unveiled at the FIT Show
Synseal Group has launched a brand new WarmCore product which reinforces the ongoing campaign to challenge expectations in the aluminium market.
The new WarmCore Inline Patio announced at the FIT Show is the newest addition to the growing WarmCore family which now includes casement, tilt & turn, flush sash and slim vent windows; folding sliding, French and residential doors; and the recently launched Fixed Roof Light which was also on display for the first time at the FIT Show.
All WarmCore products including the new inline patio are built around a full-width thermal core which typically offers up to 25% more thermal efficiency than conventional aluminium systems, making the products more comparable in thermal performance to many PVC-U systems.
Product Director Steve Brown, who heads up the R&D team behind the product’s conception, said:
“As with all our WarmCore products, the inline patio system has been designed in-house and we’ve gone to the other end of the world and back to bring together the highest quality components, like our Australian-sourced five-wheel roller sets, bespoke flush hardware, twin track internal slider and a protective soft closing mechanism.
“As with our wider WarmCore suite, we’ve designed a product which challenges expectations in aluminium by focusing on better thermal efficiency and security, with a thermally broken anti-separation interlock where many patio systems are typically weak.
“We’ve also made it really straightforward to fabricate, with current WarmCore fabricators able to use existing aluminium profiles and beads from the window suite along with a pre-rolled outerframe so they can get started right away without any expensive investment in tooling.”
Group Sales and Marketing Director Andy Jones added:
“Our customers love WarmCore for its thermal excellence, straightforward fabrication process, easy dual colour application and its impressive security components, so naturally we are going to continue expanding the WarmCore range to give our customers a full suite that boasts these key features.
“Bi-fold doors are still hugely popular with both new build and retrofit installations but they are typically seen as a high-end lifestyle choice that not every homeowner can afford. With the inline patio system, we are offering customers a product which is on par in thermal performance to our folding sliding door system while still being typically 20% cheaper than competitors’ aluminium patios – more comparable on price in fact with PVC-U bi-fold doors. This means more homeowners can benefit from panoramic views and beautiful aluminium finishes at affordable prices.”
The new WarmCore Inline Patio will be available this summer both fully pre-fabricated and in bar length in sizes up to 6m wide by 2.4m high, in two, three and four pane configurations. To find out more and to register your interest now please call 01623 444390.
